Organized in 2004, the Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA) believes in the creative Filipino culinary talent. Founded by determined professionals whose backgrounds make a dynamic team. The Academy's aim is to provide the most effective career preparation programs to the country's most dedicated individuals.

just want to thank AICA for giving me the confidence in cooking... i'm an ordinary housewife, i attended the first batch of fundemental cooking... and enjoyed the hands-on sessions and our chef instructor Chef Rob Pengson, so giving and unselfish to teach whatever he can... after graduating i looked at cooking as passion and skill... thanks AICA!
